I'm slow. Do I have to make my own SWP template, or do I submit I just submit the problem and the magical SW fairy makes it appear? and where would I do so?

You’re not slow, just not used to the layout. You can use the templates we’ve provided (in the sidebar) or you can just submit problems, perks, and raeges to our ask and indeed, we, the magical SWP faeries will make them appear as graphics for you.
