I tried escorting for the first time recently and I thought I might have overestimated my emotional preparedness, but what I was actually surprised by how much hard physical work it was. Totally obvious in retrospect and I feel like an idiot, but there you have it. do you have any tips for either building up your fitness or making work easier? also, you rock.

This is something I’m sure we’ve all heard a lot of - “Well, I can do sex work, I have sex for free!” - when in reality, it is not the same at all. Sex, dancing, stripping, phone sex, cams, and nudes you send to someone you’re romantically involved with or interested in are completely different than interacting with a client.

It’s actually work, LOL. Most people don’t think it is - but it is. Also, thank you for the compliment.

Maybe try working on your endurance and some core-strengthening exercises. I personally did something like the couch-to-5k program and it worked wonders for me as far as endurance and keeping up with my clients. When I’m with a partner, I have no problem going for as long as they go - but with my clients, I really have to sort of mentally check-in and get ready for a workout.

As for making work easier, real work is never easy. If you love what you do, it doesn’t seem like “work” while you’re doing it - but at the end of the day, you feel it down in your bones. If you hate it, that feeling of exhaustion is just multiplied. Make sure you’re not just emotionally prepared, but mentally. Make sure you stay as positive as you possibly can - start meditating. Keep yourself centered. Keep positive people around you who you can talk with about working.

If you’re not out about prostitution, come here. Send us messages. Email us. Talk to us. We’re here, we love you, and we’ll never judge you. We don’t have all the answers, but you’ve got friends here.

I hope this was (at least somewhat) useful.
